Maintenance Worker

Pay Schedule: $13-15/hour based on experience  

​

Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, working cell phone, live within 15 minutes of Ebensburg, and be able to perform the duties outlined below in the Job Description

 

Job Description: Maintenance worker will be responsible for the following duties at our properties in Ebensburg and the surrounding areas:

• Apartment maintenance/turnover

• Grass cutting/weed eating

• Snow removal

 

Work Schedule: This is a permanent full-time position and will be 40 hours/week Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. 

 

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks/year

 

Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
