We employ a quick and easy application process. The process starts by setting up a showing of your desired property. At the showing we will have available an initial one-page application that includes income, work reference, and rental reference (also available at the link below).  

 

Once we have the completed application, we will initiate a credit and background check and then verify references. This entire process usually takes 2 to 3 business days and then you will be ready to move into your new home!
